Hotel Financial Strategies’s Company Policy Regarding Unsolicited Inquiries
Hotel Financial Strategies’s policy is to only consider investment opportunities that are referred to us or endorsed by known sources, including: financial and legal service providers; contracted brokers, managers of our portfolio projects and ULI, BIA and NAHB Board members. We prefer to conserve our most precious commodity, our time, for our bona fide clients. All referrals must come from an existing Hotel Financial Strategies Client, Preferred Vendor or the aforementioned members of Hotel Financial Strategies’s Professional Network.
Submitting a Project Package
A Project Package and Pro Forma may be submitted to szadrick@me.com however, we highly recommend that you do not submit a package without a referral. A referral from our portfolio project executives or contacts who know us within the industry is the most effective introduction and will ensure that your package gets our attention. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that packages lacking a referral will receive follow up. Thank you for your interest in Hotel Financial Strategies.
